Created annually by seniors and produced by the UConn Dairy Bar, the Senior Scoop serves as the official ice cream of the graduating class. Three flavors will be selected and judged at the Senior Scoop Selection Event on Wednesday, October 16, 2013 at 2:30pm in the Rome Ballroom.
Tradition is a dish best served frozen. And maybe with some sprinkles.
