The Alpha Omicron Chapter of Sigma Lambda Upsilon/Señoritas Latinas Unidas Sorority Inc. invites you to our Annual RAICES (Roots) Week: Mujer a Mujer (Women to Women) Helping Each Other Excel To The Highest Levels.
Research shows that women and minorities are less likely to leverage their resources, network and/or ask for help. Our RAICES Week 2013 celebrates the successes that strong minority women in the community make everyday. Through our events we will ensure that women of color are utilizing each other as resources to succeed and serving as mentors, coaches and sponsors to those who will fill our shoes as we excel.
