UConn Blooms, the on campus florist run by the Plant Science and Landscape Architecture Department in the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources will be offering Thanksgiving arrangements. There are two styles available, the cornucopia garden (click here for a photo) and the Thanksgiving harvest glow, available with or without orange candles (click here for a photo). The arrangements will be in a fall style including a color scheme of gold’s, rusts and bronzes. Each arrangement will be available in three sizes small, medium and large being priced at $30, $40 and $50 respectively. UConn Blooms will be open Monday, November 19 through Wednesday, November 21 from 10am to 5pm. Arrangements are for pick up only, there will be no delivery, and however walk-ins are accepted. UConn Blooms is located in the Floriculture Building on Rt. 195 across from the yellow barn at 1395 Storrs Road, Storrs, CT (next to Towers Commuter Lot). Parking is available on along the side of the building in the loading zone.
