Graduate Student Appreciation Week celebrates the accomplishments and contributions of nearly 7000 students in doctoral, masters, and certificate programs across 100 subject areas. Graduate students at UConn represent nearly 25% of the total UConn student community. Our graduate students come from around the country and the world. Graduate Student members of Huskie Nation are committed to the advancement of their field, contribute tirelessly to their communities, and are dedicated to the tenets of public scholarship. Smart, creative, talented, and resourceful, we celebrate them all!

Monday, April 4 – 9:00 - 11:30am
Monday Momentum - Zumba and Breakfast - Library Patio
MONDAY MOMENTUM” exercise series that will inspire you to get your body moving and your mindset prepared for the week! The goal of this unique exercise series is to help decrease Tension and increase “CALM ENERGY” in your body. “Calm energy” is the energy that makes you feel more alive, calm and at peace! After this session there will be a healthy and nutritious breakfast for those that RSVP.

Grad Night in the Game Room – The Game Room in the Student Union
Join your fellow graduate students for a night of games and fun when we take over the games room in the UConn Student Center! All are welcome – there is something for everyone. Free games and pizza!

Basketball Tournament – Alumni Basketball Courts
If …Ball Fake, Ball hog, bucket, bricklayer, buzzer beater, coast to coast, downtown, dunk, field goal, flop, dribble, give and go, in the paint, jump hook, in the lane, pick and roll or swish are words you long to use in conversations more often…join the fun! Team Registration coming soon. Cost: $5.00 per team. Snacks provided.
