The division of University Information Technology Services (UITS) will upgrade the distribution system for CATV (HuskyVision) over the semester break. In preparation, an audit of the existing equipment must be performed by UITS technicians, who will visit each building on the Storrs Campus. The work will begin on Monday, December 17, 2012 and be completed prior to the start of the semester. University ITS will notify the respective area contacts prior to the technicians arrival. There is a potential that a 1-2 minute outage to HuskyVision services could occur while technicians are taking the readings.
