UConn Blooms, the on campus florist run by the Plant Science and Landscape Architecture Department in the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources will be offering poinsettias and Winter Holiday arrangements. (Click on the hyperlinked names to see the product). UConn Grown eight and a half inch Red poinsettias are available for $15. The seven and a half inch poinsettias are available for $17.50 in Pink, White and Premium Picasso. Six and a half inch poinsettias for $12.50 are available in Pink, White, Marblestar and Premium Picasso. Four inch poinsettias for $5 are available in Red, Pink, White, White Glitter, Marblestar, Davinci and Strawberries & Cream. Winter Holiday arrangements are also available for order. There are several styles available as follows: Petite Candle Christmas Centerpiece-$22.50, Tall Candle Christmas Centerpiece-$27.50, Two Candle Long & Low Christmas Centerpiece-$32.50, Happy Holiday Arrangement-$27.50, Christmas Centerpiece (Small-$22.50 & Large-$30), Boxwood Arrangement-$25, Boxwood Trees (Small-$30, Medium-$40, Large-$50), Hanukkah Arrangement-$32.50, Holly & Pine Basket-$27.50, Winter Beauty-$25, Gerbera Winter Bud Vase-$12 in Red & White, and Winter Petite Bud Vase-$12 in Red & White. Stop by to see everything in person. UConn Blooms will be open weekdays 10am to 5pm and Dec. 15 & 16 10am to 5pm. Arrangements are for pick up only, there will be no delivery however, walk-ins are accepted. UConn Blooms is located in the Floriculture Building on Rt. 195 across from the yellow barn at 1395 Storrs Road, Storrs, CT (next to Towers Commuter Lot).
