--> Are you 25-50 years of age, feeling stressed but otherwise healthy, and within commuting distance of UConn Storrs?
--> If so, this study investigating changes in stress associated with a 12-week diet/exercise or yoga intervention may be for you!
- If you are eligible, you will:
- Recieve free accesss to a 12-week diet/exercise or yoga course
- Complete questionnaires and other measurments at your initial visit, and again 2-,3-, and 6-months later and be compensated $100 for your time.
- This 24 week study does not involve taking medication
- Compensation is available for parking

This study has been approved by the UConn IRB, Protocol #H14-215
