UConn faculty and students interested in commercializing their research are invited to join CURE and Crossroads Venture Group to hear from a panel of experts in the medical device industry at Covidien in North Haven on March 12th from 4:30pm - 7:00pm.
Keynote speaker, David D. Wang, Group Vice President of Strategy, Portfolio Management and Business Development, Covidien & Meditronic, will share his views in a presentation entitled “Past, Present and Future Investment in Medtech.”
As part of the event, rising entrepreneurs will also be presenting their companies in front of a panel of experienced investors. Participants will include Avitus Orthopaedics, GestVision and Woven Orthopedic Technologies.
