The Faculty Travel Funding application period for spring travel opened November 1, 2026, for trips taking place between January 1 and June 30, 2027.
Please keep the following guidelines in mind when submitting your request:
- Funding Period: Trips occurring between January 1 and June 30, 2027, are eligible for consideration.
- Trips Spanning Funding Periods or Fiscal Years: These trips will be assigned to the period or fiscal year in which the greater number of travel days occur.
- Application Process: Requests will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. Given the popularity of this program and the high demand for limited funding, faculty are encouraged to submit their requests as early as possible once travel opportunities are identified.
- Funding Availability: Funds are limited, and submitting a request does not guarantee an award.
