Where can a passion for writing take you? Join us for an engaging conversation with UConn alumni and professionals who have turned their communication skills into careers spanning publishing, editing, technical writing, audio production, and more.
Moderated by author and former Avery Point instructor Lara Ehrlich, the panel will feature authors Dayne Rugh, Urmi Thaker & Elaine M. Alexander as well as professional writers and editors, Charlotte Kading, Lindsay Storey and Hudson Rollinson.
Hear about their career journeys, the many ways writing and communication skills translate beyond the classroom, and the possibilities available to current students, alumni and aspiring writers. Our Avery Point alums are putting their degrees to work!
Monday, Nov. 2, 3:30-5:00 pm, in the UConn Avery Point Student Center, 1084 Shennecossett Rd, Groton.
