Thank you for your continued support of WISHfest! We are excited to invite you to join us for WISHfest 2027 on April 1, 2027, at the Palace Theater.
WISHfest brings together educators, businesses, industry leaders, and community members to explore innovation, sustainability, and health through engaging speakers, networking, and collaboration.
We are excited to welcome keynote speaker Scott Conant, a Waterbury native, Kaynor Technical High School alumnus, award-winning chef, restaurateur, and longtime judge on Food Network’s Chopped.
To help us plan for WISHfest 2027, please email me directly by November 6, 2026, to indicate whether you plan to have a booth. If you need more time to decide, please let me know. We will follow up with additional questions after Thanksgiving.
