TRAFFIC COUNT CAMERA EQUIPMENT TO BE TEMPORARILY INSTALLED FOR PLANNING STUDY
The University of Connecticut in cooperation with the Town of Mansfield is undertaking a large traffic, pedestrian, and bicyclist/scooter safety study in and around the UConn Storrs Campus.
As part of this study, traffic counts will be conducted throughout the area during the week of October 26th. The counts will be conducted by use of video camera equipment. Please note that the cameras are being used to quantify the number of motorists, bicyclists, pedestrians, and scooters, and for no other purpose.
