UConn Global Affairs invites graduate students across institutions and academic disciplines to submit abstracts for a virtual research symposium celebrating global scholarship, innovation, and knowledge exchange. If you are supervising any graduate students or know of students completing research on topics related broadly to international education, global learning and international student experience, we encourage you to share this call for abstracts with them.
Whether their research is completed or in progress, we invite them to share their insights and interest with a supportive audience and gain valuable presentation experience.
Abstract Submission Deadline: November 9th, 2026
All individuals who submit an abstract must be available to present on Thursday, November 19th, 2026 from 12pm – 1:30 pm EST.
Presentation Format: Short virtual research presentations, with an opportunity for audience questions and discussion as time permits.
