Gathering & Using Teaching Feedback

Effective teaching is an ongoing process of reflection and adaptation. This workshop explores why gathering and thoughtfully using feedback is essential to improve one's courses, labs, workshops, and consultations. Participants will consider how feedback from students, peers, and their own self-reflection can show what is working, identify opportunities for improvement, and inform meaningful instructional changes.
