🥟 SNDA/HSDA/LMSA will be hosting our annual Empanada and Tres Leches Sale as a celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month!
An empanada is a baked or fried turnover consisting of pastry dough folded over a savory or sweet filling. We have wonderful choices and flavors that include beef, beef and cheese, or guava and cheese. For those of you who may not know, guava is a sweet tropical fruit native to Mexico, Central America, and South America.
Tres leches is a classic Latin American dessert made from a light sponge cake soaked in a rich blend of three different types of milk
If you love empanadas, or even if this is your first time trying them, go ahead and order your empanadas using the form below. The order form will close on October 2nd to give us enough time to make the empanadas and distribute them on the following Monday, October 5th.
