We are recruiting instructors for the 2027 UConn Pre-College Summer Program
UConn PCS Instructors play an important role in the functionality of our program. In most cases our instructors create students’ first impressions of college learning and set early expectations of what it means to be a college student. They share their subject matter expertise with students during their course and provide them with answers to major-, field-, and career-related questions (e.g., what career can I have if this was my college major?).

UConn PCS serves as an exploratory experience where high school students gain an understanding of the college classroom through interactions with engaging University faculty and explore the nuances of college-life and transitioning to college.
2027 Program Dates (check-in Sunday to check-out Saturday)
- Session 1: June 20 – June 26 (Storrs & Avery Point)
- Session 2: June 27 - July 3 (Storrs & Hartford)
- Session 3: July 11 - July 17 (Storrs)
- Session 4: July 18 - July 24 (Storrs)
