We’re excited to share that the Fall 2026 Connecticut State In-Service Training Program is now available!
This program offers a variety of in-person and virtual instructor-led training sessions for state employees, provided by CT State Community College and Southern Connecticut State University. Available each Fall and Spring, these courses support the professional growth and development of Connecticut state employees by offering high-quality learning experiences in areas such as:
- Strengthening essential business skills
- Developing leadership abilities
- Enhancing technological proficiency
- Upskilling trade skills
