The UConn Center for Addiction Science and Innovation (CASI) will host an outreach event on Tuesday, September 29, from 10:00 AM-2:00 PM on Fairfield Way by the library. Stop by to explore several educational posters covering topics including the brain’s reward system, the opioid epidemic, alcohol, cannabis, vaping/nicotine, misused prescription medications, kratom, psychedelics, and myths vs. facts. Narcan training will also be available.
