Parking in the South Garage at UConn Storrs on weekdays between the hours of 7 a.m. and noon is now limited to permit holders only (no hourly parking) for the foreseeable future. This is an adjustment from the beginning of the semester when the garage was parking permit only until 5 p.m. The restriction is due to the construction project at Gampel Pavilion, which limits the number of spaces available in the garage.
Additional hourly parking has been made available in Lots C, F, and K and shuttle bus service is available to various parts of campus from those lots. Payment for those lots can be made through the “PayByPhone” app on mobile devices.
