The 2027 UConn Spirit Awards Nominations Open Soon!
The UConn Spirit Awards recognize staff and faculty at the Storrs and regional campuses for outstanding contributions to the University. The program celebrates teamwork, civility, community building, and service to UConn.
Awards will be presented in the following categories: Unsung Hero, Rising Star, and Team Award. Up to two recipients may be selected for the Unsung Hero and Team Award categories.
Nominators may also choose to add an optional Special Citation to recognize nominees whose contributions align with areas such as Inclusive Excellence or University Citizen. Special Citations may be included with any award category and are considered equally alongside all other nominations.
