Human Resources and UCPEA have partnered to provide professional development courses to employees covered by UCPEA. Transformative Leadership Strategies (TLS), a West Hartford-based firm, will offer 20 virtual professional development sessions during the current fiscal year. Each session is two hours, virtual, instructor-led, and limited to 30 individuals (each session is interactive over Zoom). You can find a list of all upcoming courses on the Organizational and Staff Development page on the HR website under "UCPEA Professional Development Webinars."
Scheduled courses, from August through December 2026, are now available for registration via Learning@Work. Please remember that each course is limited to 30 individuals, and each course maintains a waitlist. If unable to attend after enrolling, please unenroll to allow another employee the opportunity to attend.
We will communicate when the January through June 2027 courses are available for enrollment.
