Volunteer to teach a First Year Experience (FYE) class at Storrs as the UConn Innovation Zone looks to expand its offerings of Intro to Making courses. If you have a passion for making and a desire to work directly with first- and second-year students, please consider becoming an instructor for one of our sections of UNIV 1820- Intro to Making II course starting in Spring 2027.
We are looking for faculty/staff members who have a passion for, and/or expertise in any of the following topics:
- Woodworking
- 3D Modeling (CAD)
- Textiles
- Electronics
- Photography/Videography
- Audio Production/Podcasting
