The UConn Women’s Advance Conference is a professional development opportunity for staff, graduate students, and faculty at all levels of the University. It is designed to expand skills, increase knowledge, and enhance networks. The goal is to promote a more gender-inclusive and supportive working and learning environment.
This year, we will highlight the work of those who paved the way for us to be here and for us to support each other as we work to build a brighter future. Each year, participants leave the conference having learned new and valuable skills and made important connections. Join us this year, on May 15th at the UConn Storrs Student Union, for a day filled with learning, connection, and empowerment.
