Additional UConn Information

  • Final Exam Administration at the CSD

    If your students are scheduled to take final exams at the Center for Students with Disabilities (CSD) next week, please review the following requirements: 

    • Final exams should be dropped off at the CSD office or uploaded to your MyAccess portal at least 48 hours in advance of the final. Given the extensive preparation, we would greatly appreciate receiving your final exam as early as possible.  

    • If your final is scheduled for Monday, May 4th, please have the exam and parameters uploaded by Friday, May 1st at noon. If this is not possible, please plan on delivering printed copies of your exam to the CSD office at 7:15 am, Monday, 5/4. 

    • Instructors must provide the CSD with exam parameters (e.g. format, allowable materials, duration, instructor contact information) for your final exam to be administered at the CSD.  This information can either be uploaded to MyAccess (see steps below), emailed to csdexams@uconn.edu, or delivered in person. Please submit this information now if you haven't done so already.  

    Instructions on how to submit exam parameters:  

    1. Follow this link to https://csd.uconn.edu/myaccess/ 

    2. Select “Courses” on the left-hand side of the home page 

    3. Scroll down to select the specific course 

    4. At the top of the page, select the “Exam Parameters” tab 

    5. Scroll to the middle of the page and select the black tab labeled “Click Here To Add Exam Parameters” 

    6. If your final exam is on paper, the electronic file can be added at a later date. 

    7. Provide all required information, then "Submit"
