A Code of Conduct is one of the most important documents in an organization. It sets shared expectations for how decisions are made, how employees treat one another, and how the organization’s values drive its daily actions. At its best, our Code of Conduct reflects who we are as a community and how that is reflected in our work with colleagues, students, patients, and the public.
On its 20th anniversary year, we are excited to thoughtfully re-envision our Code of Conduct, shaped by the voices of the people who live it every day. This is your opportunity to share your perspective through our Code of Conduct Feedback Form. Your feedback will help surface themes, identify opportunities for improvement, and directly influence the changes made in the next version of the Code.
