Human Resources, in partnership with UCPEA, is pleased to offer professional development opportunities for employees covered by UCPEA. Through Transformative Leadership Strategies (TLS), virtual professional development sessions will be offered two to three times per month through June 2026. Each session is a two-hour, instructor-led workshop conducted via Zoom and is limited to 30 participants to ensure an engaging, interactive experience.
Courses scheduled between October 2025 and June 2026 are now open for registration through Learning@Work. Please note that each course has a maximum capacity of 30 participants and maintains a waitlist. If your availability changes after enrolling, we encourage you to unenroll so another colleague may participate. To help maximize access for all employees, participants are asked to limit enrollment to two courses.
