Human Resources and Transformative Leadership Strategies (TLS) will offer in-person professional development on the Storrs campus that will cover the following foundational topics on leadership skills: Leadership 101; Core Values; Emotional Intelligence; Creating Balance; Communicate to Drive Action; Being a ‘Coach-like’ Leader; Give Constructive Feedback; and Build Team Trust. We recommend this program for new and aspiring leaders.
TLS will offer a cohort of the program this May. The cohort will consist of two 8-hour sessions. The total cost to participate is expected to be $287 (the total cost may vary depending on the total number of participants, but it will likely not exceed $360). There is a 26-person limit.
