    During this session, we will go over Exempt, Expedited, and Full Board IRB review categories and review the regulatory requirements for each. Examples will be provided to illustrate how studies are categorized and what investigators should consider when preparing IRB submissions. The webinar is ideal for faculty and student researchers, and research personnel involved in preparing or submitting studies to the IRB.

    Recognizing the differences in review categories is important to help prepare stronger IRB submissions and reduces back and forth with the IRB.
