The Universitas 21 Health Sciences Group is now accepting applications for three funding opportunities supporting international collaborative research on health-related topics. All projects must include collaborators from at least three U21 HSG member institutions (including UConn). Options include:
- International Projects Fund: flexible fund designed to encourage innovative thinking with the aim of supporting the network's overarching goals - up to $12,500 USD
- Research Development Fund: supports interdisciplinary research projects leading to high-impact publications and application for futher substantial funding - up to $12,500 USD
- Student Research Fund: designed to support Masters and Doctoral Students across the network to develop a research project - up to $6,500 USD
The application deadline for all opportunities is Friday, June 19th, 2026.
