Spend Wednesday, May 13, 2026 at the Assessment and Learning Exchange (formerly the Assessment Institute) on the Storrs campus, with colleagues as you learn from peers, engage in discussions, and keep the momentum going for your student learning efforts. This event is jam-packed with something for everyone. Come for professional development and collaborative activities, such as new approaches to measuring student learning, AI in the classroom, UDL, what to know about the NECHE re-accreditation visit, measuring student learning in grad programs, aligning your courses with academic programs, gamification, specification grading, and creating meaningful engagement in the classroom.
We will host a poster exhibit during the event and are looking for faculty who would like to share their teaching or assessment experiences. Our UASCEND participants will be among those presenting posters at the event but we are excited to have others present as well.
