Re: Annual Report of Activity and Achievement
As indicated under Article 21.2b of the UCPEA collective bargaining agreement, supervisors may require employees, or employees may volunteer, to provide an Annual Report of Activity and Achievement as a source of information for performance evaluations each year.
If required by your supervisor, or if you wish to voluntarily complete a Report of Activity and Achievement for this evaluation year, please provide it to your supervisor by April 15, 2026, for consideration in the evaluation process (UCPEA Annual Report of Activities & Achievements link: https://uconn.kualibuild.com/app/651eecb832976c013a0a5eeb/run). Supervisors may require employees to submit this report prior to April 15, 2026, as long as they provide two weeks’ notice of the earlier deadline. This is an opportunity for employees to share information with supervisors about job-related activities and achievements between May 1, 2025 and April 30, 2026.
Supervisors requiring employees to submit an Annual Report of Activity and Achievement should do so prior to the period of reporting, this is a reminder to notice for the next evaluation year (May 1, 2026 - April 30, 2027).
