Annual performance evaluation training for supervisors of employees covered by the UCPEA bargaining unit will be offered on two dates: March 11, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and March 17, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. Training will be conducted remotely through Teams - no in person training will be held.
The training is a joint labor-management effort that outlines the current performance evaluation process. We encourage all supervisors to attend one of the sessions, especially new supervisors. Additionally, you are welcome to review the PowerPoint on the HR website:
