    Objectives: Upon completion of this session, participants will be able to:  

    1. Recognize ethical and pedagogical considerations when integrating Blackboard AI tools in course design. 

    2. Identify at least three features of the Blackboard AI Design Assistant that support course development and instructional design. 

    3. Recognize how to use specific AI tools within Blackboard to streamline tasks such as content creation, assessment generation, and course structure planning.  

    4. Apply Blackboard AI Design Assistant features to their own course by creating or revising one course component (e.g., a syllabus item, assignment, or learning module) using recommended tools and strategies.
