If you cancel a nonrefundable airline ticket booked through Anthony Travel or Concur you will receive an unused ticket credit in your Concur profile. If you have not used this unused ticket credit for business travel during the first 9 months, you’ll receive reminder emails from Anthony Travel at 120, 90, and 60 days before the unused ticket expires. If you don't respond after the final notice (60 days before expiration date) or authorize Anthony Travel to use the unused ticket credit, Anthony Travel will attempt to initiate a name-change prior to expiration, and Accounts Payable will email you with next steps. Please forward AP’s email to your department’s fiscal lead so they can complete the unused ticket expense transfer in KFS.
