Vieques: A Living Archive, is Associate Professor of Spanish at Georgia Tech and co-director of the Atlanta Global Studies Center. He specializes in Latin American documentary, sustainability, and digital humanities. Vieques: A Living Archive is a film on the history of Vieques and the U.S. Navy’s departure in 2003.
