The 15-Minute Vacation

Each moment introduces one mindful practice that participants are encouraged to try out and adopt into their teaching routines. Practice can focus on oneself or as a way to introduce arrival exercises into their classes to support student engagement. Teaching with all your senses leans into use of different media to calm your mind and be in the moment. Registration NOT required.
