Starting on Tuesday, February 10, 2026 the developer Landmark Construction site located on North Eagleville Rd will start blasting activities on their construction site. The Blasting operation is scheduled for a 6 to 10 week duration. Landmark schedule is to blast twice a day, 1st blast will happen between 9:30 am to 10:30 am with the second blast happening between 2pm to 3pm. Weather permitting. At the blasting times for safety Landmark will have flaggers and monitors stopping all traffic for a very short duration at the corners of N.Eagleville and Discovery Dr. also at the corners of King Hill Rd, N.Eagleville Rd and the entrance to Lot F. they will also be stopping pedestrian traffic at these location. The monitors will use safety air horns for communicating the start of the blast and after the blast when all is clear. If you hear this horn please do not mistaken it for the University Emergency system. Landmark will also post blasting schedules/notifications weekly on the doors of the surrounding bldgs.
