The University of Connecticut (Dr. Amy Gorin, Principal Investigator) is conducting a no-cost online research study designed to help couples lose weight together through healthy eating and physical activity. Medication is not used in this study.
You will get:
· A free online weight loss program delivered on a mobile app.
· Personalized feedback to help you lose weight.
· Receive a free FitBit tracker and scale.
· You may lose weight, improve your health, and feel better!!!
Program Details:
· Weight loss program focused on healthy eating and exercise.
· NO medication
· You will receive $125 each for completing the study.
· No in-person visits
· Completely online
To qualify, you must be:
· Between the ages of 18-75
· Have a smartphone with internet access
· Married or living with a significant other who also wants to lose weight
