  • 2/24 Color Theory As A Mindfulness Exercise

Color Theory as A Mindfulness Exercise towards Goals
    February 24, 12:00 - 1pm
Location: Heritage Room in the Homer Babbidge Library
Presented by Andre Rochester and Martina Rosenberg

Sometimes we need to reset our thinking to focus on the goals ahead of us. In this workshop, color is tied to emotion and perspective of the world around us. Taking a moment to think and talk about this with art a tool to guide us, creates a safe space to express and realign ourselves with what is most important to us. Forward thinking is the sibling of backwards design in educational spaces when purpose and intention support teaching and learning in the spaces we create.

Take a moment to think clearly about what you want to achieve. Regulate emotional attachment to personal goals.

Come with an open mind and ready to engage
