  • March TLS Experienced Leadership Program

    Human Resources and Transformative Leadership Strategies (TLS) are excited to offer in-person professional development on the Storrs campus for experienced leaders looking to elevate their leadership impact. The program will cover the following topics: Thinking & Acting Strategically, Creating Team Culture, Navigating Change, Leadership Resilience, Staff Accountability, Boundaries and Delegation, Managing Challenging Staff, and Action Planning.  
    We recommend this program for leaders who have already completed the TLS Foundational Leadership Skills program (formerly titled The Leadership Forum) and are ready to strengthen their skills, become more strategic, and navigate challenges with greater clarity and purpose.  
    TLS will offer two March cohorts of this program, each consisting of two 8-hour sessions. The total cost is expected to be $287 per person (the total cost may vary depending on the total number of participants, but it will likely not exceed $360). There is a 26-person limit per cohort.
    March 1 Cohort (All Sessions from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.) 
    • Session 1: Tuesday, March 3
    • Session 2: Tuesday, March 10
     
    March 2 Cohort (All Sessions from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.) 
    • Session 1: Thursday, March 5
    • Session 2: Wednesday, March 11
