    The 15 min Vacation 
    Give yourself a moment during your busy day for a reset in an in-person small-group setting. 

    Each moment introduces one mindful practice that participants are encouraged to try out and adopt into their daily routines.  Practices can focus on self-care or be integrated into learning environments to support student engagement and wellness.  Use different media to bring everybody into the moment, e.g., as an arrival exercise at the beginning of a class or as a mental break at any moment. 

     

    First Tuesday of each month at 11:00 in SU Room 103.  No registration required
