  • Town Hall: Upcoming Travel Policy Changes

    You are invited to attend a university-wide informational town hall to review upcoming changes to the University travel policy that will become effective February 1, 2026.

    This session will be a one-way presentation designed to clearly and efficiently walk through the policy updates. During the meeting, presenters will review the presentation slide by slide, highlighting key changes and expectations. The presentation materials are available in advance at Changes in Travel Policy, and attendees are strongly encouraged to review the presentation prior to the town hall to help maximize the understanding of the updates. 

    To ensure the presentation stays on schedule and all material is covered, participants will not be able to ask questions verbally or receive live responses during the session. However, attendees are welcome to submit questions via the chat feature throughout the presentation. All submitted questions will be collected, reviewed, and addressed in a written Q&A that will be posted following the town hall.
