Next week the UConn Libraries’ will release a newly redesigned website for use by faculty, staff, and students. The new website has been designed to provide a user-friendly experience with improved navigation and functionality.
A clean and modern design will help users find the resources and services they need with ease. The site includes a more visually appealing front page with highlighted news items, easier to locate search functions throughout the site and a responsive design to provide seamless access from desktop to mobile devices. All of the changes are supported by a completely reorganized architecture that reduces the number of clicks it takes to access content.
The changes are based on user data and feedback and accomplished with the help of UConn’s Web Development Lab. We will continue to provide avenues for feedback in the new site, so we welcome your input.
