Looking for hands-on help with technology and analytics projects? The AIM Capstone Program, part of UConn’s Digital Frontiers Initiative, offers you a team of 4–5 senior students who act like IT interns for an entire semester, working on real-world challenges for your organization.
Our students bring expertise in:
- Business Intelligence & Data Analytics – cleaning, preparing, and analyzing your data to uncover actionable insights.
- Application Development – building or improving tools and workflows to streamline operations.
- IT Security – assessing vulnerabilities and recommending security enhancements.
- Process Optimization – documenting and improving data-intensive functions in operations, marketing, finance, and more.
Past partners like OTIS Elevator and Potoo Solutions have leveraged these projects to drive innovation and efficiency. This is your chance to gain in-depth analysis, preview future employees, and strengthen your talent pipeline—all while solving real business problems.
