UConn Connects is the University’s largest and longest running mentoring program supporting students on academic notice to change the trajectory of their undergraduate college academic experience. Faculty and staff mentors volunteer to work one-to-one with a student weekly to provide the skills and support needed to return to Good Standing.
Connects is currently recruiting new faculty, staff and graduate student mentors for the Spring 2026 semester!
To become a mentor, please complete the Connects Faculty & Staff Mentor Form. You will receive communication following the submission to learn more about the program and to answer any questions you may have.
