Friday, January 16, 2026, from 9:00am -4:00pm (check-in starts at 8:30 am) at CISS
Save the Date!
All new international graduate students must attend the mandatory CISS International Graduate Student Welcome and Support Program (formerly ISSS New International Graduate Orientation) for critical information sessions on Immigration, Safety and Academics at UConn.
For Spring 2026 this will be held on Friday, January 16, 2026, please refrain from scheduling other departmental meetings, trainings, and faculty led meetings for new international students on this day. Any students who do not attend will need to attend a mandatory immigration session at a later date.
