“The 15 min Vacation”
Give yourself a brief moment during your busy day for an in-person reset. Each moment introduces one mindful practice that participants are encouraged to try out and adopt into their teaching routines. Practice can focus on oneself or be integrated into teaching supportive of student engagement and wellness. Use different media to bring students into the moment, e.g. as an arrival exercise at the beginning of a class or as a mental break at any time.
