Student Activity and Service Fee Advisory Committee Budget Hearings
The Student Activity and Service Fee Advisory Committee (SASFAC) is charged annually by the Provost and Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs, the Vice President for Finance, and the Vice President for Student Life and Enrollment with reviewing the units funded by the General University Fee and Student Health Fee and making recommendations regarding those fees.
The Fall 2025 SASFAC focus is on the FY26 review and the FY27 and FY28 budget proposals for each of the following organizations.
General University Fee Funded Units

- Division of Athletics
- Jorgensen Center for the Performing Arts
- Off Campus Student Services
- One Card Office
- Student Activities
- Student Union
- UConn Recreation
- University of Connecticut Marching Band
Student Health Fee Funded Unit
- Student Health and Wellness (SHaW)
Budget Hearing Schedule

If students have questions regarding any of the offices that provide services through the General University Fee or the Student Health Fee, in advance of the scheduled hearings, you may ask your questions online between 3-4 pm on Tuesday, November 11, at https://s.uconn.edu/safopenforum2025.
General University Fee and Student Health Fee Unit Hearings:
