The Higher Education and Student Affairs (HESA) MA Program is actively recruiting for HESA-Affiliated Graduate Assistantship sites. Could your office benefit from a student-centered graduate assistant to help advance your unit’s student success and programmatic efforts?
Each year, the HESA MA program enrolls between 16 and nearly 30 master’s students who have prior experience and future aspirations to serve as higher education administrators and educators. Throughout their two-year program, students complete coursework that deepens their theoretical and practical knowledge of college administration, student development, organizational structures, policy, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
