The Higher Education and Student Affairs (HESA) MA Program is actively recruiting for HESA-Affiliated Graduate Assistantship sites. I would appreciate your consideration in developing a HESA-Affiliated Graduate Assistantship position and/or sharing this opportunity with colleagues who may be interested in partnering with our program.

Could your office benefit from a student-centered graduate assistant to help advance your unit’s student success and programmatic efforts?

Each year, theHESA MAprogram enrolls between 16 and nearly 30master’sstudentswho have prior experience and future aspirations to serve as higher education administrators and educators. Throughout their two-year program, students complete coursework that deepens their theoretical and practical knowledge of college administration, student development, organizational structures, policy, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). You can review our program competencies and curriculum for more details.
