As part of the Ballard Institute's Fall Puppet Forum Series, Anthropologist and Rhode Island School of Design professor Winnie Lambrecht premieres her new film at the Ballard Institute on Thursday, December 4 at 7:30 p.m. The Vagabond Puppeteers: Puppetry and Politics in 1939 explores political puppet theater among dairy farmers in upstate New York.
